  • “I Just want to say thank you to Leiana. As a 54 year old woman who suffers from scoliosis and sciatica, I did not have one pain free day. The yoga practice with her has worked wonders for me in terms of pain relief. It has also made me realize which parts of my body are strong and which need to be strengthened. I feel much more relaxed and capable of dealing with my high stress life in a different way. I hope she can continue to be my yoga instructor for a long time. Seeing how much my 7 year old nephew also enjoyed his visits to the class, I appreciate her versatility as a teacher. Much love and blessings”

    —Sophia C.

  • “Even though I had been meditating and learning about yoga for some years before meeting her, it was only when I started practicing with Leiana that I truly began to understand the power of peace and mindfulness. I live abroad now, and still compare every new class with hers, searching for her devotion and kindness in other teachers. I'm so blessed to have been able to meditate and stretch with Leiana online through video sessions now! Without leaving my room, I am able to achieve full relaxation through her guiding me in Yoga Nidra. I always feel so much more open and grateful after practicing with my very special teacher and friend.”

    — Stephanie R.

  • “Leiana's private yoga sessions have been a transformative experience for me, helping me manage my fibromyalgia and depression through meditation and movement, leading to significant improvement in my mental well-being. I highly recommend her course for anyone seeking positive change and inner peace.”

  • “I started online yoga with Leiana a few months ago not as a beginner but having been out of practice for some years. I was sceptical about the online experience at first, thinking it could never represent the real thing but my doubts were quickly dispelled. I felt the benefits immediately, mentally and physically, and having recognised the significance of yoga in my life, I have given it its due prominence and schedule everything around it. I am grateful to my cousin for including me in her group sessions with Leiana and I am grateful to Leiana for going the distance to make the classes easily accessible, fulfilling and enjoyable. Thank you Leiana for taking every opportunity to shine your light. It is most appreciated and I look forward to the journey and the experiences of practising yoga with you in the quest of finding that perfect balance. Namaste”

    -Indera C.

  • “I’m extremely lucky to have met Leiana when I did. As a bodybuilder, my focus was exclusively on resistance training and beating my body down to the core. None of my coaches ever suggested yoga as a means to compliment my training. WHY WERE THEY HOLDING OUT ON THIS MAGICAL DEVICE LEIANA? Hahah I had been doing yoga with Leiana for about 3 weeks, and one day I decided to practice my stage routine immediately after a yoga session and I felt like I had unlocked a hidden level of myself. Bodybuilding poses can be wildly uncomfortable and requires a ton of body control, but on this day, I had a feeling of great coordination and balance. My transitions felt more fluid and I moved with much better grace and poise. This is the key my stage presence has been missing. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Leiana for introducing me to this amazing gift”

    -Ken G.

  • "Leiana's yoga sessions are different! She teaches you that there's more to yoga than just stretching or being able to stand on your hand She really helps you understand your true inner strength, your peaceful subtle being and self worth! One can quickly learn from her that real value in life, lies in the quality of what resides within you! Ilove my practice with her, it's something that stays with you and keeps you grounded amidst everyday busy chaotic living! It has helped me tremendously to maintain mindfulness! PS.. My 5 year old has been way better than me at poses and loves her classes Stay as sweet as you are!!”

  • "In 2013 I saw a Facebook advertisement for yoga classes. I heard about yoga exercises but never experienced it before, so I was intrigued. I decided to call and get some more information about it. Leiana was very polite and encouraging. She told me we didn’t need any previous yoga experience. She will teach and guide us through all the movements. My mother and I joined her classes right away and we started doing yoga at her home. A couple of years later I did prenatal yoga with her for my two pregnancies. She was very careful and patient when I took a bit longer to get into the guided moves. The exercises helped me throughout my pregnancies.I have continued practicing with her over the years physically and we have recently moved to online because of the pandemic. I was skeptical at first but now I prefer online over physical. The online classes work well for my family. I mentioned to her that the kids then aged 4 and 6 were interested in yoga, and she said she also teaches kids yoga. I signed up the kids immediately. To this day the kids get very excited and happy a few hours before clasuses begins. They usually always have a story to tell her before classes. Her patience teaching two very chatty active and boys before and during class is very commendable. They both look forward to yoga classes with her every week. I have noticed that they are usually quieter and more peaceful when the class finish and this quietness often lingers till night. We all thoroughly enjoy the cool down time after the exercises. Her soothing voice and guided meditation are one of the highlights of her yoga practice. ✨I highly recommend Leiana’s classes for all ages. She is a fabulous person inside and out"

  • "This pandemic has given us the biggest opportunity to slow down, turn our thoughts inward and reflect on what really is the meaning of our existence and pushes us to ask ouselves if we are being kind to ourselves and the planet. When I ventured into a committed practice with Leiana all I knew is that I wanted to reconnect to yoga with someone whom understood my expectations and someone whom I can trust and be inspired by. I am so happy to call Leiana my yoga teacher because as all true teachers and gurus she has been a beacon of light that guided me onto a path that changed my mind body and soul in ways that truly surpassed my expectations. She has been so kind, extremely patient during my struggles and helped me develop a practice that I now happily include into my routine each and every day. Apart from this she has been so motivating through each and every class and has made me fall in love with the practice of Ashtanga yoga and mediation as her entire being radiates the values of this ancient and essential practice.”

  • “I was immediately drawn to Lila as a yoga instructor and now I know why. She shows such respect to the ancient practice ,not only in the way she teaches but in the way she speaks and moves. Her inner light shines so brightly during our sessions. She teaches that breathing isn't just inhalation and exhalation but a portal towards our own divinity. The techniques help me relax and regain my composure in a very hectic world.Lila makes yoga seem effortless by guiding poses with ease and always encouraging me to stick with it. She does this by lending encouraging words of advice and providing recorded sessions to use at my convenience. Where can you ever find a spiritual teacher, guide, yoga instructor and friend all in one? a person that not only talks the talk but walks the walk...thats Lila. I have been through a traumatic experience in my life..one I thought I would never be able to make it out from. But from consistent practice of yoga with Lila and the positivity and realization of SACHITANANDA (consciousness, awareness, bliss) I am now able to heal and feel lighter than I ever thought I could. Her yoga sessions not only helps me physically but also spiritually and mentally.I would say to anyone seeking the best ...try her sessions out!

  • “I thoroughly enjoy my Yoga experience with Leiana. She is a very professional and a knowledgeable instructor. Before yoga I was not even able to touch my toes. My flexibility has now vastly improved. When I first started yoga the meditation would always put me to sleep because of how relaxing it was. Now I am able to use the meditation sessions to fully relax my body and mind and it has helped me to remain more focused and calm in my everyday life.”

    -Shanice R

  • “When I was 10, my dad told me that he found a yoga instructor and asked me if I wanted to start yoga. At first I wanted to say no because I thought yoga was just exercise😂 but I’m so glad I agreed. Since I started yoga classes with miss Leiana, I’ve improved not only in flexibility and strength but also focus. Yoga has helped me so much with my anxiety. Without these classes, I wouldn’t know how to relax after a stressful day or calm down after an anxiety attack. These classes have helped me a lot and I hope to continue in the future.”

    -Anala C

  • “I started to do yoga with Leiana because my wife had started a few years ago It has now become a routine twice-per-week activity with 3 of us signing in to Leiana’s zoom yoga. I just ran the NY marathon a week ago and I must say that the yoga has helped me tremendously as a training method, helping with my flexibility , core strength , breathing , relaxation techniques, and providing a time to move but to also calm the mind. I took my yoga mat to NY and practiced in my hotel room using recordings that she had sent me Leiana is always willing to adapt any session to focus on the pain points of any participant, whether is be a tight hip joint or lower back pain. She will challenge us or back off depending on how she reads our energy. She was extremely helpful to me in 2021 when my daughter and I ended up in a 11 day quarantine in a London airport. She did one-on-one session with me 8 of the 10 days, helping to keep me active and flexible. It is a constant process of growing . I am nowhere nearly as flexible as I would like to be, but am definitely in a much better place than I was 2-3 years ago. Now I automatically do yoga poses when my body starts to get an ache 😁”
